Te Puia offers more than a typical tourism experience, it’s a deep, culturally grounded journey shaped by te ao Māori and connection to the land. With international travel on hold during COVID-19, the campaign refocused on local audiences, inviting Kiwis to see the world differently. Drawing on Te Puia’s emphasis on craft, we paired close-up imagery with expressive hand-lettering by Ben Carroll. I led image grading and type layout to create a tactile, layered visual story across digital and out-of-home touchpoints.
